Two men were shot, one fatally, on a Queens street early Tuesday, police said.
Shots rang out near 199th St. and Hollis Ave. in Hollis about 5 a.m., cops said.
The victims, ages 31 and 32, were both shot in the upper body.
Medics rushed the younger man to Jamaica Hospital but he could not be saved. His name was not immediately released.
The older victim was taken to North Shore Hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
It wasn’t immediately clear what sparked the shooting but police say the victim who died was arrested in August on a gun possession charge.
