Motherhood: Mahindra & Mahindra unveils flexibility policy
MUMBAI: Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has set a high benchmark in the manufacturing sector by offering five-year-long "career reassuring and flexibility" policies to women employees in their motherhood journey. The five-year policy, which also includes women in factories, covers key life stages of motherhood - pre-childbirth (1 year), maternity (1 year), and post-maternity (3 years).
