Man shot during argument over owed money west of downtown, SAPD says

SAN ANTONIO – A pedestrian was shot west of downtown, and a suspect has not been found, according to San Antonio police.Officers were called to the area of El Paso Street and South San Marcos on Sunday afternoon.Police say two men got into an altercation over money when a man on a bicycle in his 30s shot the pedestrian.The injury was not life-threatening, according to SAPD. Bronx man dies after being stabbed in groin: NYPD

A man died after he was stabbed in the groin during a Bronx clash, police said Wednesday. Cops responding to a 911 call of an injured man found the 30-year-old victim unconscious near the corner of E. 170th St. and Morris Ave. —  about two blocks from Claremont Park — just before 7 a.m. Tuesday. The man was bleeding from the groin area, cops said. EMS rushed the victim to a BronxCare Health System hospital, but he could not be saved. His name was not immediately disclosed as cops track down family members. His attacker ran off. A motive for the attack was not immediately disclosed and no arrests have been made. Cops were scouring the area Wednesday looking for surveillance footage that can help them identify the attacker.

Two young women and a man were shot and wounded on a Brooklyn street early Sunday, police said.The victims, all 19, were standing near Nostrand Ave. and Fulton St. in Bedford-Stuyvesant when the gunman opened fire about 5:20 a.m., cops said.One of the women was hit in the left buttock, the other in her lower torso, cops said.
