Ennismore’s 25hours Hotels brand has unveiled it all-new branded residences concept. It announced that the first project under the new concept will debut in Dubai. 25hours Heimat Dubai, located in Downtown Dubai, is being developed by East & West Properties and presented by D&B Properties. It will include branded residences across 73 floors, comprising studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses. The property will have a range of amenities including a hotel lobby with working spaces, a screening room, podcast studio, and launderette. UAE-based Rove Hotels has confirmed that it will bring its residential concept, Rove Home, to Dubai. Its first project in the city, Rove Home Downtown will be located within the Burj Khalifa district close to Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. The property also has easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, DIFC and Al Khail Road. It will offer fully-furnished studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments featuring “contemporary finishes and state-of-the-art smart home features.” Rove added that key consultants on the project include architect Archcorp, landscape architect SCLA, Zebra for its interiors, and Studio Feel who are the art consultants for it.
