One Bangkok has announced the signing of a management agreement with Frasers Hospitality to manage Fraser Suites Bangkok, scheduled to open in late 2026. The property will be strategically located at the corner of Wireless Road and Rama IV Road, and increase the group’s portfolio to five properties across Bangkok. Spanning across the top ten floors of a 45-storey premium office tower integrated with a retail precinct, Fraser Suites Bangkok will feature 261 rooms from the 36th to 45th floors. Valencia’s Expo Hotel to become flagship Novotel property – Business Traveller

Accor will debut its Novotel brand in the Spanish city of Valencia next year. The group is set to renovate the former Expo Hotel located in the Turia Garden district between the Valencia’s historic centre and the city’s main conference centre, the Palacio de Congresos. The renovated property is set to open in the second half of 2024, and will offer 370 rooms, a coffee shop and restaurant, a rooftop terrace with swimming pool and bar, a fitness centre and “a large meeting a coworking area”.
