Dusit Hotels and Resorts has signed to manage its first hotel in Malaysia – ASAI Gamuda Cove – near Kuala Lumpur. Slated to open in the first quarter of 2026 next to the Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, the new hotel promises to seamlessly link guests to other hotspots within the Gamuda Cove development, such as Discovery Park, SplashMania Waterpark, and a pedestrian-only commercial hub. Kuala Lumpur airport will be 20 minutes away by car, and the city centre can be reached in 40 minutes. Thailand’s Dusit Hotels will continue its expansion in Japan this September with the opening of Dusit Thani Kyoto, a new luxury hotel in the city’s Hanganji Monzen-machi district, only 850 metres from major transportation hub Kyoto Station.
