Dubai Airshow: Boeing kicks off Dubai Airshow with 45-plane order

Neutral Fuels partners with Fairmont Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road on biofuel initiative – Business Traveller

Dubai-headquartered Neutral Fuels, a company that collects waste cooking oil and transforms it into biofuel, has recently partnered with Fairmont Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road on the hotel’s latest sustainability initiative. Accordingly, Neutral Fuels will collect used cooking oil from the hotel and locally refine it into clean, renewable energy. The hotel will therefore not only minimise waste, but also further its green credentials. This year’s Dubai Airshow is set to be the biggest on record, with more than 1,400 exhibitors from 95 countries expected to attend the biennial event. The 18th edition of the Airshow will take place from November 13-17 at Dubai World Central (DWC), Dubai Airshow Site. Atlantis Dubai has selected nine local and international conservation and sustainability projects to receive funding from its Atlantis Atlas Project 1 USD initiative. From June 2022 to May 2023, for every marine animal experience participated in by a guest, Atlantis Dubai contributed US$1, resulting in a US$140,000 fund. UAE-based Rove Hotels has confirmed that it will bring its residential concept, Rove Home, to Dubai. Its first project in the city, Rove Home Downtown will be located within the Burj Khalifa district close to Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. The property also has easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, DIFC and Al Khail Road.
