25hours debuts branded residences concept in Dubai – Business Traveller
Ennismore’s 25hours Hotels brand has unveiled it all-new branded residences concept. It announced that the first project under the new concept will debut in Dubai.
25hours Heimat Dubai, located in Downtown Dubai, is being developed by East & West Properties and presented by D&B Properties.
It will include branded residences across 73 floors, comprising studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses.
The property will have a range of amenities including a hotel lobby with working spaces, a screening room, podcast studio, and launderette.
The podium will have a family pool, a music room, a padel court, mini golf area, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, communal BBQ areas, and outdoor kitchens.
