Lionsgate to Separate Studios Business in $4.6 Billion SPAC Deal

For Warner-Paramount, Streaming Consolidation Is Easier Said Than Done

Discovery combining with Paramount Global is the latest pitch. The Wall Street Journal and other media outlets reported late Wednesday that Warner Chief Executive David Zaslav met with Paramount Chief Bob Bakish earlier this week to discuss a possible deal.
