MUMBAI: The Authority for Advance Rulings (Tamil Nadu) has held that transport services for students and staff of certain schools will not be subject to GST. Thus, fees collected by the service provider directly from the parents will also not be subject to any GST.In this case, Muniyasamy Abhinaya (who was not registered under GST) sought a ruling on his proposed transport service. He submitted that the service will be provided under agreements with certain schools. The bus and van permits will be in the name of these schools. Transport for London has rolled out the latest phase of its Superloop express bus service, with the renaming and increased frequency of the route between Heathrow and south London. The former X26 between Heathrow Central and West Croydon is now known as the SL7, and has doubled in frequency to one bus every 15 minutes. The new service is offering 16 trips per day in either direction, with the first departure from Dublin City and Dublin airport at 0520 and 0600 respectively, and the last services departing at 0010 and 0100.
