Cheval Collection joins the Global Hotel Alliance – Business Traveller

Serviced apartment operator Cheval Collection has signed an agreement to join the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA). Cheval currently operates nine serviced apartment properties in London, as well as three in Edinburgh and the recently opened Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai. The group is also set to open Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai next year, followed by Cheval Maison – West Regent in Glasgow in 2026. Star Alliance opens second lounge at Paris CDG – Business Traveller

Star Alliance has today opened its second lounge at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. The 1,300 sqm lounge is located airside after immigration and security in the newest part of Terminal 1. The lounge is open to first and business class passengers as well as Star Alliance Gold status customers on member airline flights departing from gates 10-38. Eligible United Club and Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members can also gain entry to the lounge. At the moment, 20 Star Alliance member carriers operate from the airport, offering 464 weekly departures to 34 destinations in 22 countries. Global Hotel Alliance enters partnership with Regent Seven Seas – Business Traveller

Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands, has entered a loyalty partnership with luxury cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Following a relaunch of GHA’s loyalty programme in 2021, GHA DISCOVERY members have been able to earn Discovery Dollars (D$1 equal to US$1) on stays at over 800 properties across 100 countries. Now, GHA loyalty members will be able to earn between D$750 and D$2,500 for every Regent cruise reservation made, and will be able to redeem those benefits at any property within the GHA portfolio.
