Ennismore’s 25hours Hotels brand has unveiled it all-new branded residences concept. It announced that the first project under the new concept will debut in Dubai. 25hours Heimat Dubai, located in Downtown Dubai, is being developed by East & West Properties and presented by D&B Properties. It will include branded residences across 73 floors, comprising studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses. The property will have a range of amenities including a hotel lobby with working spaces, a screening room, podcast studio, and launderette. The podium will have a family pool, a music room, a padel court, mini golf area, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, communal BBQ areas, and outdoor kitchens. The 25hours Hotels brand has partnered with Zurich-based firm Soeder to stock its eco-friendly toiletries in its 15 hotels worldwide. Soeder produces organic skin products, which are 100 per cent natural in origin, containing ingredients such as Swiss honey, wheat proteins and cold-pressed organic oils. All components are sourced, developed and produced on-site in Soeder’s factory in Zurich, with the energy generated during the soap-making process harnessed to power the rest of the production line. Once manufactured, the products are packaged in refillable glass bottles. The products will be stocked in the hotels’ guest rooms, bathrooms and spa facilities, and will also be available to purchase in the 25hours shops.
