SANTA FE, N.M. -- Prosecutors are preparing to present evidence to a grand jury against Alec Baldwin in the fatal 2021 shooting of a cinematographer on the set of a Western movie in New Mexico.A grand jury did not take up the case Thursday and a decision on whether to revive criminal charges against Baldwin still could be weeks away.
