You earn the most rewards with the Starbucks Rewards™ Visa® Card when you make Starbucks purchases, as the card offers up to three Stars per dollar spent at Starbucks: You earn one Star for each dollar you pre-load to your digital Starbucks Card with your Starbucks Rewards™ Visa® Card and two Stars per dollar spent when you use that Starbucks Card at Starbucks stores.
Earn one Star per $2 spent on groceries, local transit and commuting, and internet, cable and phone services, and one Star per $4 spent on all other eligible purchases.
Additionally, you earn 300 Stars the first time you use the credit card to add money to your Starbucks Card through the Starbucks app. You should plan to spend $500 within three months of opening an account if you want to earn the card’s 4,500-Star welcome offer.
