MY WIFE and her farm crew grow and manage about 13 acres of organic vegetables. It’s dirty, sweaty, backbreaking and, far too often, heartbreaking work. At the end of the day, or week, or summer, the farm crew only wants a couple things; a cold shower and a stiff drink.
