Accor has announced the signing of six new projects in the first quarter of 2024 in key markets across Asia.
These recent signings include Pullman Living Bangkok Sukhumvit 16 and Pullman Residences Bangkok Sukhumvit 16, comprising a 200-key hotel and 225-key residential complex. The new property offers convenient access to Rama 4 Road, Ploenchit, Asok, and Thonglor, with amenities including restaurants, bars, an executive club floor, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre.
Novotel Living Bangkok Don Muang presents a combination of an 80-key hotel and 112-key serviced apartments, spread across 19 floors. Offering a range of amenities including restaurants, bars, an executive club floor, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre.
The property will be five minutes away from Bangkok’s Don Muang International airport.
In Indonesia, Accor plans to open Novotel Tangerang BSD City in the greater Jakarta area. Boasting 285 rooms, this newly built hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, lounge, gym, spa, pool bar, and swimming pool.
In South Korea, the 81-key ibis Styles Ambassador Jeonju City Center will become Accor’s first hotel in Jeonju, a city in the western Korea. Home to traditional houses, craft shops and food stalls, Jeonju City is home to various cultural sites including the 15th-century Gyeonggijeon Shrine.
Set to become the world’s largest Pullman property, Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences marks a significant milestone in mixed-use lifestyle real estate in the Philippines.
Scheduled to open in 2028, this ambitious project will boast 200 guest rooms and suites alongside 900 branded residences, forming the largest branded residential community in the country.
Furthermore, in Vietnam, beachside property Mövenpick Vung Tau is set to open in 2027. Located an hour’s drive from Long Thanh international airport, the hotel will offer 433 guestrooms and an array of amenities including an all-day-dining restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, spa, gym and swimming pool.
